Education

In 1989 he graduated with honors from the Pomeranian Medical Academy. Doctor of medical sciences awarded in the Pomeranian Medical Academy in 2000 after defending the work devoted to urological complications after kidney transplantation.

He is a member of the Polish Surgical Society and a founding member of the Polish Transplant Society. Winner of the Polish Transplant Society Award – Pro Transplantationibus Fovendis in 1995 and 2005.

Currently, he is the deputy head of the Department of General and Transplant Surgery of the Independent Public Provincial Integrated Hospital in Szczecin and the Head of the Kidney Transplant SPWSZ in Szczecin. The main areas of interest are abdominal and retroperitoneal organ surgery, internal endocrine organs (adrenal gland), venous system and transplant surgery.

Eurotransplant Transplant Workshop – University Hospital St. Luc Brussels, Belgium 2002.          Training in the field of laparoscopic transplant surgery – Erasmus Medical Center Rotterdam, Netherlands 2010.
